TANGENT LIMITED WARRANTY

All Tangent plastic lumber products are engineered to look new for years and last for decades with very low maintenance. Our products never need to be stained, sealed or painted. Colors go throughout the material and are made with special UV inhibitors which resist fading for years. You can use Tangent products with confidence that you are working with one of the finest materials available for tough environments and long term exposure to the elements.

We are so confident and proud of our Tangent products that we offer customers a limited 50-Year warranty for material used in appropriate applications. Be sure to check the Material Safety Data Sheet and specifications for each product before purchasing.

Here is what our warranty covers for all Tangent products:

Tangent Technologies warrants that properly utilized Tangent HDPE plastic lumber products will not rot, splinter, decay or suffer structural damage directly from termites or fungal decay under normal use for a period of (50) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

If any of our products are found to be defective, we will promptly repair or replace them or refund your full purchase price for the products. Our warranty does not cover any of your labor costs and only applies to that portion of the products that are determined to be defective.
