TANGENT’S UNIQUE CLADCORE™ TECHNOLOGY

Tangent’s innovations in HDPE plastic lumber co-extrusion technology have led to the development of its CladCore™ process for adding strength and stiffness to material without compromising a superior external finish.

By co-extruding material, the tough core can have added strengthening fibers while the outer surface is comprised of the highest quality resins, colors and UV-resistant additives. This also permits us to maximize our usage of recycled plastics even when the outer color requires virgin resins. The superior surface can then be enhanced with textures best suited to each application.
