Tangent is proud to announce its latest line of building materials with our TanDeck Plastic Lumber Decking System. We’ve combined our expertise in material characteristics and co-extruding technology to introduce a unique decking and railing line of products for the residential and commercial market.

Omega Profile - The unique shape profile of our Omega Board is designed to optimize the board’s rigidity and strength while minimizing weight. This saves material cost and reduces the overall weight load on your deck’s structure. In fact, an Omega Board weighs nearly 50% less than the same length of a similar composite deck board.

The dual grooves on the outsides of the Omega Board are designed to work with TanDeck’s hidden fastener clip system. Enjoy a smooth surface with no ugly exposed screw or nail heads.

1 x 6” Tongue and Groove Board - Some homeowners prefer a solid deck surface and our Tongue and Groove board provides a continuous surface without any gaps. These are solid boards with a standard plank profile, but incorporate CladCore technology for strength. Choose the embossed wood grain surface or flip the boards for a smooth surface.

5/4 x 6”Groove and Groove Board - Our Groove and Groove board offers a standard, solid plank profile and is installed in the same manner as the Omega Board planking. Choose the embossed wood grain surface or flip the boards for a smooth surface.

Both the Tongue and Groove and Groove and Groove planks are available in 16' lengths and all standard TanDeck colors.

CladCore™ Technology – Only TanDeck’s Omega Board has the CladCore fiber-reinforced structure for a beautiful finish on the outside and strength and stability on the inside. The combination of CladCore and the Omega profile makes Omega Board 30% more rigid than a normal HDPE plank and also significantly reduces the expansion and contraction typical of resin-based planking.

TanDeck Embossed Grain– Some alternative decks look like they are ”trying too hard” to be real wood. The ideal surface subtly suggests natural wood without looking contrived. TanDeck’s embossed wood grain has a unique design pattern that never reveals where it repeats. The surface offers enhanced slip resistance without trapping dirt that would require frequent washings.
