CUSTOM SURFACE TEXTURES
The advantage of working with Tangent is our ability to create materials in any imaginable shape, color and surface texture. The finished surface texture can add the final touch to your material to simulate wood surfaces, to add extra slip resistance in wet locations or to simply enhance the look and feel of your finished products.
Our standard finish is smooth, but we can roll on almost any texture in continuous or repeated patterns. Listed below are some examples of current finishes, but we are creating new and custom finishes on a regular basis.
Smooth Finish – For many applications, a smooth, uniform finish is all that’s needed. Tangent’s UV protected colors are deep and rich and will look new for years and last for decades.
Wood Grain – Tangent’s proprietary wood grain pattern is a visually non-repeating deep embossed pattern that can be applied to most shapes on the top surface.
Knurled anti-slip finish – In wet applications such as dock surfaces or steps, this embossed surface provides an extra measure of slip resistance.
Stamped Logo or Brand – For a very unique look, we can design and implement a non-repeating or location specific embossed stamp on your product. Consider stamping your company logo, community seal or other insignia on the surface or sides of key pieces.
